In an unlikely situation due to circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the Conference Secretariat,
including but not limited to, natural disaster, war and acts of terrorism, the secretariat cannot be held
responsible for any cost, damage or expense which may be borne by registrants as a consequence of the event
being postponed or cancelled.
• Under such unusual circumstances all cancellation or refund will be settled only after the rescheduled conference concludes.
• In the most unfortunate event of final cancellation of the event refund will be processed after a deduction of 20% to 25% of the total charges collected, incurred as GST and other office expenses.
• Now that a decision to postpone the event to 2021 has been taken jointly by the FHNO and the conference secretariat, the cancellation policy will be carried over to the next year.
